Dr. Luth Mligo holds a PhD in Natural Resource Assessment and Management, with a strong academic and professional background in sustainable resource use, environmental planning, and community-based conservation. Her expertise lies in evaluating the ecological and socio-economic dimensions of natural resource management to inform evidence-based policy and practice.

At Women in Nature Network-Tanzania (WiN-TZ), she is part of the Project Management, Finance, and Fundraising portfolio. In this role, she provides strategic direction on project design and implementation, ensures financial accountability, and spearheads resource mobilization efforts to support the network’s conservation and gender equity initiatives. With extensive experience in donor engagement, proposal development, and grant management, Dr. Luth plays a pivotal role in securing funding and fostering partnerships that advance WiN-TZ’s mission.
